    It's 74f here in the North Monterey county California (100 miles south of San Francisco). Can't complain, went for a nice ride yesterday.

    Craftsman Motorcycle Lift

    I will have to take your work for it, and the pictures don't lie (even if they are sideways) :>). I was looking to buy one of those, but it just looks too narrow, like if I took the back wheel off the bike could tip foreword. Do you have to clamp the bike to the lift?

    Here are my recent MPG's for the two 2005's I own, I usually ride fairly conservative but occasionally punch it. Both machines have wind shields and I try to top the tank off the same each time at fill up. 32.00, 37.57, 28.24, 29.72, 30.56, 32.60, D & D exhaust, no cat, 13k miles 27.32, 39.51...

    Owner's manual says NO I wonder about this myself, since I always did it with my Honda, but the Rocket owners manual for my 2005, specifically states " do not shift without using the clutch".

    Windvest fits email doug@windvest.com Prices are about $400. I have the smoked version on my black Rocket. It is nice to look at and keeps the bugs off. Some wind still comes from underneath, so not quite as good as the Triumph windshield.

    classified ads acting very strange I placed two ads several weeks ago and in the last few days both showed up as being sold. The center stand last week and the foot pegs today. Yet I do not have any information on who purchased them. I have been checking my paypal account several times a day...

    figured it out Since I allowed instant buying via paypal, that is why it showed up as Sold. Strange that unless I checked, I would not know it sold. Would be really cool if either this site or paypal could send me an email. All is good and I posted another ad...for a center stand.:D
