    There are so many varibles here, it's almost impossible to diagnose. I know you don't want to hear it, but I'd suggest you take it all back apart and start over again. Check part numbers, pictures, and read read read on this forum. The "washer" you might be talking about, could be the "judder"...

    Sounds like that plug you see is where the O2 sensor would go, if it were there. Someone probably "deleted" the sensor, hopefully using TuneECU to tell the puter that it ain't there. I have one Rocket without the sensor, and 2 with. I think the sensor helps the computer keep tabs on the engines...
