How much do you pay for insurance for 2500cc?

Bloody hell I thought I was raped last year !!!!! I'm from Ireland. I have the R3R 2024, KTM 990 SD 2007 and a Harley wide glide 2005. All full cover and breakdown cover. Last year when I bought the bike my renewal went from €380 to €1090. I bought the bike the day of my renewal and didn't have...

    Ixil Exhaust

Have anyone first hand experience of running an Ixil exhaust with factory panniers fitted ? I've contacted the seller who says there's no issue. I've contacted Ixil and they say they can't guarantee compatibility.

    Rear turn indicator loose

It's only 3 M8 (I think) Allen head bolts. I didn't disconnect the wiring but it definitely made it easier to see everything. I lay it on a small toolbox that I placed under it. That splash guard must have been a pain in the ass to take off while attached

    Rear turn indicator loose

Take the bar off from the diff housing. It makes it much easier to dismantle and reassemble. Sorry I can't remember the sizes and I'm at work till Monday morning

    Rear turn indicator loose

The bolts are M5 but that's not the issue. See the diagram and it's item 11 and 12

    Rear turn indicator loose

I actually think it's a small 90° angled bracket with a threaded nut. What probably happened was someone took the bolt out and when they pushed it back in they moved the bracket (or at least that's what I did😂)

    Rear turn indicator loose

I think the most likely scenario is someone loosened it to change or remove it and it's after coming free from the fastener inside. I think you'll need to take the whole thing apart. I had to replace an indicator recently. I removed the number plate bar and slash guard. Not that difficult to do...

    Another exhaust option from Dominator

I'm just about to hit the button on these. Will they work with panniers and did you need to remap ? Also how long were you waiting for delivery? Tim

    Another oil leak story

Ok just an update on this leak. Had the bike back for an annual service. They checked the leak and suspected the valve cover gasket. However it turns out this wasn't the case. There's a cover on top of the gearbox underneath the air intake. The 8mm studs on the cover weren't torqued properly at...

    The oil leak got me.

At best there's 1 possibly 2 that I could see. It may be possible to get at them with a swivel extension
