    Bingo I took negative lead off for about 5 mins now back to normal , mega thanks for the tip :smile: ,weird fault but thats electrics for you , thanks to all who posted tips

    Up-date have now carried out diagnostic check code P1500 speedo sensor comes up , nxt prob is sensor and wiring check out ok , thinking i might have a dodgy ecu ?

    I changed the battery recently , have double checked connections all ok , have ordered a diagnostic checker will keep posted

    Its not the ignition switch I disconnected it and by- passed it still same , I,ll keep you posted

    Hi have an 05 plate Rocket , the speedo has stopped working and the efi and oil/temp warning lights stay on also the speedo doesn,t sweep when ignition is first switched on although the rev counter does and all the lights in rev counter work as normal . have checked all fuses and connection...
