Funky new Corbin Solo seat arrived

Needs a "Not my thing, but who cares? Rock on" option.

    Youtube on new Rocket

Wouldn't it be amazing though? I've been wondering if there's any material swaps in this version specifically to lighten the load, there also seems to be fewer body parts on this one.

Yeah, but a lot of us picked our bikes up used because the previous owner said, "It's just too much bike for me". Often said with a bit of pride in knowing their limits. You know it's in the same vein as one of your favorites, "I'd love to own a bike, but I'd kill myself!"

Thruxton TFC and Rocket TFC Concept Video

But why not double dip with a ****ty 'First Reveal!' video, so you can hook the clickbait no attention masses, then do a more in-depth higher production video for the people who actually give a **** ;). I know, I know. You were just voicing your displeasure, it is a crappy video, but my wife...

From a manufacturing standpoint it wouldn't really make sense to make this limited run of only 750 TFC machines. New engine, frame, and new tires all require a huge investment in design and manufacturing tools.

Thruxton TFC and Rocket TFC Concept Video

It's about being the first to post it on the web. Record it on a phone, post it immediately to your site before you even leave the event and you can net a good portion of the audience. Then when people have associated your site as a source of info, they'll keep visiting while you have time to...

Thruxton is a known quantity as that bike is in production and on sales floors. The TFC version is the same machine with a few bolt on upgrades, a fancy paint job, and a shiny number plate. So one can speculate that Price = Base Model + Bolt-ons + number plate markup. Rocket is still in...

    Spy shots new rocket

I dunno if they're just trumping up the headers or what, but I've been having a hell of a time trying to see good pictures of the left side of the bike. I want to take a closer look at what's going on with the intake since it appears that the bear claw is no longer a thing.

Aha, that's pretty slick... still don't care for it LOL.

I mostly like the first one, but that seat is too flat. Give the throttle a good flick and you'd slide right of the back. Exhaust looks like it'd cook this hell out of your leg too. Second one is okay, though I've never been a fan of that style of angled up exhaust. Also the decision to...

    Perforated Bearclaw!

That looks great! To be fair there was a K&N question in the post just before his. He can be a P.I.T.A. but he's not always off base.

That's what I'm hoping as well (even though I like the single seat on the test mule). Hopefully the R3 motor ends up in two or three different models, just like the parallel twin in the bonnie.

I really like that slight elliptic curve in the headers stock headers. I'm curious if that is difficult to reproduce in a smaller shop?

Just noticed the keyless dongle hanging under the left reservoir. Looks like it's the same as my KTM with a folding key that will probably remove the seat. I really hope the button on that thing is a little more protected than the one on my KTM or my Promaster City. I'm sick of those ****...
