    I have the Platt exhaust on my 07 classic. I have the Ramair and just added a viking header. I couldn't find any tunes for a header though. If I have a tune for before the header would the plug n play richin it up enough to accommodate the header? Thanks

    Oh ok. So it's not good to do then? Everyone always says to do it. Would I be good to reload a tune in there and not do the 12 minute thing?

    I have a tune for the ramair and dp that worked great for that setup but after doing the 12 minute tune and a very short test ride the pipes are already turning purple. So I guess its definitely to lean. Kind of frustrating lol

    I ended up getting TPS and stepper motors replaced. Runs much better now.

    Mine did the same thing at around 2000 rpm. Brought it to the local dealer and they said the stepper motor was sticking and replaced it and the throttle position sensor. I'm picking it up later today so I'll see if there is an improvement. I think I have the same tune from Hans that you said last.

    I rode mine with the clicking for a little while with no problems, but definitely wouldn't wait to long.

    The dealer I was at the other day seemed to think the same thing. New electronics, cruise and other goodies.

    Mine was a bearing. I replaced them and the seal and it went away. There are quite a few threads on here that talk about it. I went with all balls racing but was later told they are not the best quality.

    Has anybody ever used Lucas oil? Not sure they even make T4 synthetic but I do like their products.

    I ordered the Emax from Rocky mountain atv also and it looks like that too, no groove.
