    Raising the Rev Limit

    I bumped the rev to 7k on mine and quite like it. Stock everything except I opened the 2nd throttle. the result was that I don't bump into it anymore it I am slow to up shift.

    Maybe a half cup? It wasn't alot. The puddle was maybe 18 inches by 10? Anyway, 1000 or more miles since and still no issues or drips. One of my friends suggested someone placed it there so I would leave the bike, so they could come back and steal it? You just never know.

    I love my rocket and her brutish silliness. A sixth gear would be nice, as would be a cruise control, and 170hp. Electronic throttle and the other engine management gizmos, no thanks!! I just don't see the point.
