    R3T Throttle body mounts

Yes, tryin' to figure out what that is. I have both part 20 & 21. I have part 20 going through the brass looking tap towards the rear of the throttle bodies (left side of the attached picture), but haven't been able to find a front counterpart. That's why i figured I might be missing something...

    R3T Throttle body mounts

Ok, I could possibly see where the rear could line up, but I can't find any mounting area in the front. It's almost like I'm missing a piece I can't find on thr diagrams.

    R3T Throttle body mounts

Ok, I've heard a few people mention this back when I was havin' an air leak issue with my R3T, but I can't seem to find these in any parts diagram. How do the throttle bodies mount to the bike. I'm 85% sure the dealer leaft somethin' off 6monthd ago when they had my bike as the only thing...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Alright was sick for a few days and ended up in the ER so pardon the late response. Turns out it was the throttle body adapter on cylinder 2. The boot/afapter had come loose and was being sucked into the throttlebodies creating a small gap and the air leak. Wasn't really confortable unmounting...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Ok, I think I've finally found it. The clamp ring on the throttle body adapter of cylinder 2 is off by like 1/4". The clamp on cylinder 1 is loose as well. I can't see it at all, but I can feel it. The clamp for cylinder 1 is *relatively" accessible, but man cylinder 2 is hard to get to. I...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Yea Leaked a bit of propane, and could just find the issue is between the two rear cylinders (#2 & #3 maybe? No idea the numbering). Still was never able to pinpoint it. My best guess is that it's the throttle body adapters. I'll check with the dealer tomorrow see if they're available. If not...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Ha, at least I now have a part name. Scope came this mornin' (4am) so I plugged it up to charge and I'll check it out once I get home. Smoke helped a lot to narrot it down to a specific area, but didn't see the actual leak yet, just the vicinity.

    R3T cyclical hiss

Yea, it's not. It’s comin' from the top/ intake side of the engine.

    R3T cyclical hiss

Tried that when this started and couldn't pin point the sound, but my hearing is crap. Decided to make a picklejar smoker and hook it to one of the vacuum lines. It almost looks like it's comin' from the throttle body on the middle cylinder. Is that a thing... a throttle body gasket? I see...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Well, that wasn't it. Still getting a leak with that part capped. I'm looking for my usb-c adapter for the tuneECU cable. Not sure how much that'll help, but I'll try just about anythin' now.

    R3T cyclical hiss

Well I found this pic online of a used throttle body assembly. I grabbed a piece of clear hose I had, filled one end with hot glue and zip tied it on. If it gets rid of the hiss, I'll grab a high temp hose and force a ball bearing into it for a cap. Out of courtesy of my neighbors, I'll wait...

    R3T cyclical hiss

Ok, scratch that. Manual shows it empty. Just seemed oddly clean.

    R3T cyclical hiss

Ok, haven't found any damaged hoses or anythin' and after setting off the C02 detector in my apartment from running the bike more than a few minutes, I'm looking for the problem without firing it back up at the moment. (P.S. that CO2/smoke detector is F*ing annoying) I did just find this random...

No, the cat has been gone for years.

    R3T cyclical hiss

The backfiring started with the hiss. The map is custom from a dyno tune. It's been flawless until today. I just checked the plugs to make sure they weren't loose. I probably should replace the plugs bc yea they are so cheap.
