I just purchased a set of new touring bags for my bike, but I need to remove the tumblers. Anyone here know how to do it without drilling them out?

Thanks

Chris

What tumblers?
The ones in the ignition lock? The ones in the right side panel lock? The ones in the gas cap?

Ok, First I removed the entire assembly from the bag.

there is a little hole in the side of the cylinder that holds the tumbler. I have tried using everything I can to get in there and pry up, but to no avail.
Mini screwdriver works well and so does an paperclip

After failing at that, I disassembled it down as far as I could go.

No way to slide up a shim or anything. Smallest feeler gauge I have, still won't work either.

I need to make this work, cause there is definitely a bad ass difference between the hard bags and the leather ones!
