Hi everyone. Today I decided to change spark plugs on my 06 rocket after 5000mls since the last time I changed them. What I noticed is that spark plug No5 in 3rd cylinder is all dirty and the chamber were it goes is all covered in sticky yelow stuff ( looks like burned fuel/oil mixter). I attached pic's of plug chambers 5 and 6 so you could see the diff ( chamber 6 is absolutely clean and the spark plug looks like new). My questionis is what could cause the spark plugs to get yelow stains and the chamber be so full of dirt??? Thank you.

Changing after 5000 miles:eek: send them to me and I will use them, remember it is not a two stroke no oil in the gas:D
Only kidding my Irish friend now is your spark plug wire boot pushed all the way down you need a couple of fingers on them to seat them correctly

I'm with Dave on the plugs. Mine have about 50,000 miles on them. As for the funk in your plug hole;). It could be a partially seated boot, letting water leak in. Or it could be the cam cover gasket leaking oil into that area a bit, or a combination of both.

To Make it clear I know that spark plug change is 30000 mls by manual. I decided to change them only after I took them out when I was checking cylinder compression.
