Similar to Bell Bullett but pretty sure it is a Biltwell Gringo. They do not have a hinged shield but use clip on shields that could be Biltwell or other manufacturers. These are the type of shields that can also be used on open face helmets.

If it's a clip on bubble visor designed for open lids - It simply come down over the chin bar.

Well I know the Bell Bullitt is built well, just noisy as hell around the visor according to Steve and a few other reviews. But they do have a huge aperture and peripheral vision is great and behind my big screen I do not usually use a visor down or haven't had need to, while just running my open face for the past 6,000 miles including in rain and freezing winter weather. I also have made a heaps of those earplugs with gold plated and now solder filled mini banana plug inserts like your flash earplugs @barbagris and they do work very well. So I lashed out on a:
