I've been doing my own valve check since I owned my R3T -10k, 30k, 50k. During the 30k check I noted that some of my clearances were at the minimum and started thinking(dreading) of removing the cams when the 50k check was do. To my suprise ,the clearances had increased(can't explain it). But glad I checked each time for piece of mind. It's so easy for an scrupulous dealer to "pencil whip it", and tack on big bucks to boot!
