Triumph's update kit for the black engine is part # T1000008, and includes updates such as ignition wiring, cam shaft tensioner, and transmission gears. You can find them anywhere from $250 to $2,000, as I don't think it's made any longer. Install time is estimated between 16 and 20 hours. If you get lucky, someone on the forum might have one they're not using.
