Hey guys , be interested to know how many out there use pressure washers on your bikes ?
Having always owned dirt bikes , I am all too aware of water ingress and the subsequent problems you can cause !
I only ever wash my road bikes with bucket , sponge and brushes .
I wonder how many of the electrical issues on this forum could be attributed to pressure wash cleaning ?
I would be interested in hearing your various cleaning regimes and tips on keeping your R3s pristine !

Hand washing the bike is like killing two birds with one stone. Last week figured out the Exhaust was loose and tighten it back up to 19 NM. So far everytime that I have washed the bike I have found something loose somewhere. Much better than figuring out something was loose as it falls off doing 75 mph.

A bucket of car wash, aluminum wheel cleaner, a hose with a light spray to rinse, an electric leaf blower to dry off most of the water and some "Original Bike Spirits" to detail it out. Oh..and I always cover my controls with a plastic shopping bag to keep the water out.
