Is there a relay somewhere to control lights?

if it is still original it is the starter relay.
some times they change that system to the eastern beaver set up so it doesn't draw to much current through the ignition switch and take out the ign switch.
or just build their own relay system.

2005 classic. Yes all original. If i turn lights on and off multiple times the come on and stay on untill i turn bike off. Same thing very time.
