I understand that my question has to do a lot with the riding style, but I'm interested in getting the general range of miles per tire change. My Bonnie, I tend to get around 7000 miles out of the rear wheels.
How many miles do y'all get out of your rear tires? Darksiders need not chime in, as I'm not planning on switching over. I'm not bothered by people running automobile tires, it's not for me.

I got 10,000 miles on Metzlers on my R3T.
They were down to the cords at that .

7000 kilometres on my Metzelers rear and about 10000 on the front.

Have a Bridgestone on the rear now and am over 7000kms with plenty of tread for a couple of thousand more...

When I had metz on I would get between11-12000 miles on the rear

On a rocket 3t I got 5700 out of the metzlers ( rear tire blew at 65mph) went with Bridgestone excedra max love em,I hope they last longer than the metzlers.......sandman

Thanks guys. This type of info is quite useful.

Canberra at your rate I'd have to change tires three, maybe four, times a year!

Well, there are Rocket owners that can afford $6-800 a year to replace tires.
I am not one of them.
There are alternatives, thou I was told not to chime in.:)
