My " new to me" 06 Calssic came with a throttle meister control and due to the angle and the grip area I find that my gloved hand is engaging the control unintensionaly, now I don;t have the orginal ends ... so is there a way to defeat this control, I just find it unsafe .. keep in mind that I only rode the bike for 15 min.

I am considering buying a throttlemeister set for my bike and would be willing to send you my end weights for a good deal as long as it will work with my 2011 roadster. Please p.m. me if your interested.

If you add a Throttle Rocker you will find that it keeps your hand off of the Throttlemeister.

Of course, if you're not a fan of the Throttle Rocker, then removal is your best choice.
