throttle bodies

I may be on the wrong spot here but , I use tuneboy on my 06 standard, triple filters & jardines, trying to adjust throttle bodies and #2 cyl moves between 480 to 520 making it impossible to balance 1 & 2, it won't stay long enough to allow for adjustment.... is this indicating something is wrong with the vacuum lines or map sensor, or other things??? looking for help.....again

Not positive, but I recall you should balance 1 and 3 against 2.
I was not able to get all three to match exactly, hard as I tried.

Cylinder #2 is fluctuating between 480 and 520?

It SHOULD be steady, as long as the ISCV is not moving. What rpm is it idling at - look at the TuneECU screen, not the tach on the bike.

I use tune boy and my tune has idle set to 850, but on screen it moves between 745 to 860

Bump your idle by 50-75 rpm. 745 is too low, and the reason for the erratic MAP signal.

I have a Blastedbones tune revised by Hanso with idle set at 1000,I will load that tonight and see what happens.... TIA
