I did cardio and weight checked my body fat etc etc .ate the right food etc etc
I could move some serious irons after four years but i looked exactly the same not an inch of extra muscle anywhere! that is when I stopped same bodyfat content same shape just healthy looking but not like this 70 years old bodybuilder
