Those are the heated grips off the earliest 2004/5 model R3s up to VIN 237540
and have different plugs connectors.
They MAY have later also improved strength of wire connections to grip which failed on early models.

As rubber grips they should be fine. The stock ones in the Kuryakyn box would be fine too.
