hi there
am running standard brake calipers & standard rotors.
don't know wether i'm repeating myself here but have had some concerns with the front brakes !!
no leeks
new fluid
new master cylinder rubbers
tried shimming under the heel of the brake lever ( new it was too much when the brake locked on within 800yds !!! )
tried different pads EBC double H ( swear by these for the blade & the mille ) goldfren & the pads that were in the bike when i bought it !!
Tooo much movement in the brake lever , there's no way you can use 2 fingers i was crushing 3 !!!
tried piece of pipe split & wrapped round the lever all to no avail.
i also tried the pull back the lever on other rockets to see if they were the same ,unfortunatly in general they were all as bad !!!
The good new's is i've got some BENDIX MRR 124 pad's in now i've done less than 30 miles but these are looking good
loads of feel & load's of lever
just waiting for the weather to break & the sun to some out now !!
