    So do you have that kit on your Touring Paul. If so I'll have to get one to keep up with the Joesmoe.

    There were two kits available: A9738063 and A9738065.

    I randomly picked one thinking they both went on the panniers, and turns out, it's one or the other. So the one on my bike is 8063, and the other is for sale.

    But I'm still uncertain if tge 8065 will fit my Touring, since Paul got the other. Must be different, if PNs differ

    Yes, it fits.

    They are two different part numbers as one would go to a retailer and order different tree ornaments for your tree -- they all fit your tree, and are different numbers in the catalog.
