Like alot of others thanks to Speedy & BuffaloR3 I printed out the picture and instructions for the ignition switch bypass and had in my kit.

I was sorting and cleaning my kit out the other day and came across it...... good thing I had it in there but I didn't even have any wire to perform the bypass !!!!!

For about $20 I put together a plug and play bypass with a on/off toggle switch that can hang out under the seat, if i ever have the need for it......... as they say, "if you have it you won't need it"

For the Aussie guys I went to JayCar as I had come across a piggy back dual fuse holder and single fuse with a fly wire.
Part numbers are
fuse holder is SF-5125
!0 amp wire tap SF-5120
20 Amp wire tap SF-5124
Here is the link for the specs etc.

Les, that's brilliant! How do you feel about making another one up and bringing it down with the sissy bar.....???

Thank You Les for putting a kit together for me.....
That's worth it just for the piece of mind... Thanks

That is a great idea . The ignition switch is not to be trusted for anything but a fork lock. The Rocket is a great bike but the ignition switch is just plain lame.
