I found what I was looking for and purchased the first speaker for my R3T...

It is water resistant, support connecting two units for stereo and the battery lasts all day...
It sounds great and is clear and loud at almost any speed.
As you can see with the pictures it just sets in the ****** between the bars and the windscreen. Two units can fit, one on each side of the center windscreen acorn nut.
When I stop, I just drop it in the saddlebag. I have a dual usb charging outlet in the bag, so I can keep my iphone there charging and charge the speakers when put away.
