I have a custom map loaded in tune ecu and it works great.
I want to switch off the o2 sensor .. Only that.

Can I just plug my laptop into the bike and switch off the O2 sensor in the checkbox and log out? Or do I need to adjust the map in my laptop and reload the whole thing with 12 minute tune and all.

You have to uncheck the o2 sensor, then load the map. That should take care of it.

Sadly there are no live changes allowed in TuneECU, it would be great but it's, I believe, a significant software technical challenge to get it to work.
