R3 TOURING TORs Brand new in box with tiny, tiny scratch.

Yep, no exaggeration arrived with a scuffed box and saw a 3-4cm scuff. The marks are less than a 1-3 mm and cover an inch at most of the very end tip of one muffler. The shipper wont wear the return cost for International mail here from Australia of $180, DHL was $380- ridiculous!

I haven't even opened them yet. This is the scuff on top of the box itself which is 40cm wide, 15 cm deep and 100cm long.

I can open them for more photos if you insist but they are as #Post 3 below.

$700 new - throw me a silly offer if you like and I may just deliver them to your door repacked so no further damage will occur!
I believe the styro foam cups on each end of the muffler ruptured allowing to and from movement inside the package. If there is interest I will open them up.

OK, I unpacked them and confirm it is only the LHS muffler top tip of the slash cut muffler. honestly it is hard to see at all.

More photos - if I had a Touring I would be snapping these beauties up for a mere fraction of new cost. Throw me an offer!
They are only approx 5.0kg RHS and 6.0 Kg LHS see images above.
The RHS is still perfect and they both came packed in soft green cloth bags with styrofoam cups at each end, and as I presumed the damaged LHS one had cracked the styrofoam cup as the end piece was only 10mm thick, allowing movement of the muffler tip in the carton.
Triumph factory should have followed TV and other heavy item packing procedure and used at least an inch of styrofoam thickness. I shall repack for buyer with triple the styrofoam thickness all ends.

Only the center white flared bit in photo below is a 'mark' caused reflection the other 2 are just light reflections,

Alright guys and gals, I have had a nibble from far away and checked postage to the USA - US$114 Gulp but I've offered them for US$200, but if he doesn't get hooked I'll be recasting with the same bait!

They are US$510 in the USA at the moment. And not being discounted with their huge sale

So under offer at US$200 + postage = US$314 all up. If not snapped up I'll be recasting.

To be fair that US$200 is AU$250 so $250 to Aussie buyers plus postage/courier which is only about $25-$30 to Brisbane so similar to east coast cities I imagine. A bargain under AU$300.

They deliver Mon - Fri 8-5 but I have known them to be earlier and later as they use local contractors in each location who subbie for Hunter Transport Group.

You can get a 15% freight discount AU$48.26 if you pick up from one of the following SA depots with advantage you can pick up when convenient within a day or two of arrival and do not have to have a safe place to leave at home address. They will also deliver to a business address if you have one.

if you want it delivered to home and no-one is there, you can have it dropped off where you advise e.g. "behind wheelie bin in carport" or " At front door near pots"
