My 05 was never updated, never had any major problems, still running like a scalded ape somewhere in Lousiana.

I have no idea if it was updated before I purchased it but have not had any problems. Just have to many machines and I don't want to pay all the registration fees and insurance for a bike I rarely ride. Hate to let machines set around.
