small computers for using tune-boy

hey folks,
seems the previous thread on this topic has disappeared. to where, i've no idea. my prior discussions with Paul has lent itself to the possibility that a palm-held may have the capability of loading tunes via tune-boy. any further thoughts on this?

When the site went down the admin had to load the latest back up of the site so everything from yesterday afternoon and evening was lost.

I had posted that I don't think windows mobile will operate tuneboy. Plus the device needs a USB port. I would email Wayne to be sure.

You can find refurb laptops and old desktops for next to nothing. That is what I would do.

you certainly may be right about this Brian. i guess i'm just thinking aloud here. would be kinda neat if it can be done though,huh? just wanted to try something different...... a pda would be really easy on long trips. load a touring tune for gas mileage,then load a performance tune for fun rides when you get there....
