It is simple yet difficult. See below.

Remove bear claw.
Raise tank.
Remove intake plenum.
Tape secondary in place.
Remove the 2 screws in each tb.
Remove secondary plate.
Reassemble in reverse.
 
Super easy. If you are removing the factory air box mess anyways, and putting on the K & Ns you will have the air box off any way. Two screws on each butterfly and your done. No more restrictions.

Since you are in England you might want to replace the air intake system with a RamAir filter. Much simpler than the 3 actually 5 K&N.

I have the ram air atm Idaho which now i know what ime looking for is going to make the job a lot easier...thanks for the help buddy..
