Rocket not running

I dont think he meens its airlocked, he thinks you may have trapped it under the tank, and in doing so restricting fuel flow.
I would reverse the electrical connections you have made with your new lights, their is something with these bikes not running if the headlights are out. I've got a feeling its something to do with your new connections for the fog lights.
Check the light fuse/s.
Good luck

1- check ALL the fuses.
2- Is your neutral light flickering?

Did you unplug sparkplug wires? Doublecheck them!

Under the left side cover there is a black connector (One wire probably gauge 10 or so) coming from the battery negative pole.
Make sure this connector is is fully in as it would create all kinds of problems. Especially cranking problems.

Did you try the 12min tune?

There is a air vent tube that could be pinched. Open the fuel cap and try to start it.

I would bet on the battery also. I just got an exact replacement from Pep Boys for $80.00. The part number is 20L-BS. You put the acid in when you are ready to use it so keeping a spare around is good. It will take a 24 hour slow charge to get it to a full charge.
