just picked up a 2016 Thunderbird LT.

Traded off my Triumph Explorer, it was a nice bike but just didn't work for me.

ya...i have to agree Mittzy.
But all said and done, fun to ride and it will make a great commuter vice the rocket. I gotta admit, the new seat is pretty nice. very comfortable. It will probably be the first bike I own where I don't replace the seat.

Have to agree about the seat...took a 15 min "testride" on one while I waited for my R3 after a dealer service. A very noticeable improvement on the Rocket

Sweet. A faster Road King. 6 gears. Doesn't roast your ass in summer.

Agree, just went out for a 3 hour ride, 30 degrees out....very pleased
