    hi All,

I bought windshield from clearview and didn't realized that it does not comes with brackets. Anyone knows where I can buy them. I am fine with used as long as they are in like new condition. I searched all forums and shopping site for triumph but didn't found anything helpful. I don't want to spend another 550 just to get brackets. I read in reviews that Triumph shields have buffeting issue, that's why I preferred the upper curve ckearview shields. Just missed the line at bottom which says existing OEM brackets required. I opened the packaging today.

    Any help will be appreciated.

If you mean the hardware that attaches to the screen and not the Triumph mounting brackets, National Cycles can supply all the metal hardware for about $90. It is the same hardware for many Harley models. Let me know if you want more details.

Thanks BDKcoyote. Please can also provide the part number or link. Just being cautious so that I don't mess further.

I called National, talked to Pete an ordered the parts for a windshield. $109 delivered. I'll let you know how it fits once the ClearView shield shows up.

Good choice on Clearview. Had one on my 08 and was very happy with it. Please post a photo when you get it installed.

I forgot to mention there is one more part you will need. It's an L shaped stainless bracket that goes between the screen hardware and the Triumph fixing kit. A local fabricator made some for me. Let me know if you need photos and a template.

Here is a tracing of the brackets and some photos to show how it all fits. Don't forget to make some lower deflectors as well. They reduce noise and buffeting immensely.
