I posted this in the Tourer section but I felt it important enough to re-post here. I just finished installing the Rivco risers on my R3T. Went pretty smooth with one hitch. If you decide to install a set on your bike make sure the bolts supplied actually fit the risers. On the stock risers there is an allen head bolt that goes through the middle of the stock riser with a 14mm nut underneath. Once you remove that bolt and riser you replace it with the Rivco riser which has a supplied bolt which goes in from the underside. Make sure that bolt will screw into the riser first! The bolts Rivco supplied were a coarser thread. The stock bolts were the right thread pattern. The stock bolts are slightly longer so I added another washer and re-used the stock bolts. I would hate to see someone who spent close to 200 bucks destroy a riser because they were in a hurry. :(
