I finally found a set of Rivco risers and compared the rise and pull back of the three. The Rivco is about 1/2”” more rise than the Thunderbird risers. When on the top yolk they are actually the same lift, but move the bars that 1/2” closer to the rider. I went for a ride this evening to test the Rivco and found that extra 1/2” very comfortable for me. I did a 9-day trip end of October with the Thunderbird risers and was plenty comfortable, but still leaning forward slightly. The Rivco risers had me upright.

I have a set of Rivco risers and really like them.

The only down side is when you need to remove the dials and bars to lift the tank.

Small price to pay for a comfortable position for Riding.

Hey there. I'd like to install same.. good to hear that the position is good now.. Please tell me about removing dials and bars to lift the tank... How did you deal and did you need any other brackets or anything?
Thanks
