rev counter stopped working

My rev counter is not sweeping, when the ignition is switched on the idiot lights flash for half a second and that is all it does , also the time clock has stopped working. All backlighting works and when I plugged tune ecu in all is fine but not showing on rev counter. I have swapped out fuses just in case but still nothing
