I am in the process of deliberating on the way to go for the rear suspension on my 08 R3 Standard. One solution is to replace the shocke with something better (expensive) the other is to fit some after market springs to the shocks. My contact is able to provide and fit suitable springs but he needs to know the dimensions so that he can order the right ones.
If you have any info regarding the following I would appreciate if you would share it; I am looking for:
The inside dimensions of the rear springs ie the diameter and free unsprung length
The overall free length and;
If possible the type of spring that you may have used, with a part/model number; apparently they can all be cross-referenced from differing manufacturers.
