    Thats the inside away from the claw. You are not the only one from what I seen its not good to stuff you intake with foam. A few more of these and I'm going to think they need to go back to the drawing board.

    Mine is scuffed up from were the bearclaw was rubbing up against the filter. Pulled bearclaw back in position and tighten up the two bolts and problem solved.No rips just scuffed up.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

    My bear claw presses against the ramair as well. I can't bring myself to dent the claw for clearance.
