@rainman said I could do it so I did.

I watched the Wayne Newton Video which made it look easy despite him having to pause for beer.

So to start, I took off the seat, bear claw and lifted the tank.

That looks like a lot of room under there but it isn't at all.

The pliers are pointing at the inlet air temperature sensor. You do not need them to loosen the wire holder. Just push that down and pull the connector off..

I had a little trouble getting the sensor out. I was worried about breaking it so I took my time with this one.

I took off the MAP sensor next and let it dangle for a bit. RAMAIR includes a P-Clamp that I will get too later. The screw here holds the air chamber in place which I took off before the plenum chamber.

Now for the hardest to reach screws, the ones holding the plenum chamber in place. The forward is easier to get to. The aft screw needed some odd angle and with the tank still in place, It was not easy to find. Eventually, I found it from the left side as shown in the picture below.

@Speedy helped me out a few years ago by replacing these so that they are easy to get too.

The Plenum came off easy.

I connected the supplied AIT cable

And pulled it through where they said to.

I removed these nuts from the old hanger positions

And here is where that P-clamp goes I mentioned earlier for the MAP sensor.

What took you so long to do that. I had mine done after the first time removing the airducting system and for the life of me not being able to get it back together again. Two weeks later Ramair arrived and done.

Nice job and great pictures.

Now to fit the filter

Tightening the clamps so they are easier to get to in the future

Well, it looks right

Lower the tank

If you drop your 8mm socket while tightening the tank screws, it will fall here, next to the clutch cable. But before you look here, be sure to lift the tank again and jam your fingers in every other possible place trying to find it.

Now I look at the nasty stuff I removed and feel good about myself again. Time to eat and drink!
