Do i need to reset the TPS when altering the idle speeds with tuneECU,will encounter any problems by altering the speed? Thanks

nope, you should be all good, most folks bump it to between 900-950 range. helps with oil pressure and on mine it seems to shift better into the lower gears when stuck in traffic...

If that still does not raise it enough utilize the tolerances on the TPS sett. By this I mean set it to .62 instead of .6 also when you check the stepper motor it will still raise by .12 but will read .74 volts.

Do i change these settings if needed with tuneEcu if so where are they?cheers

Change the idle rpm values as Dave stated above and if it is not enough for you then you set the primary TPS at .62 and check the steper motor to make sure it moves to .74 which is the .12 normal movement plus the .02 tolerance oringinally used up in setting the primary TPS

Thanks Warp but where does one change these settings if needed as i havent got a clue, cheers

In Tune ECU go to the Idle tab on on left hand side

Then go to the temp area you want to raise the idle speed, click on it and you will see an up and down arrow.

Once you have them set then you save the map and then upload it to the bike ECU.
