Radiator coolant change

Since all my dealers are gone or a hundred miles away,i'm about to attemp my first coolant change myself. Except for Benny's video there's not too much info out there on the how to. What do you recommend for coolant i know there's been a lot of discussion on different brands ,i'm hoping by now there is a common consensus. I watched a few videos about cleaning out the system seems simple enough. As far as refilling does the over flow container need to be filled as i see in some videos. I noticed my hoses are looking a little chubby, are there any different hoses out there stronger. A friend of mine uses metal mesh like hoses on his vette..?? Anyway any help or advice would be appreciated....

Can get them in "Urban Cammo" of pretty much any variety if you mail them lol.

MUCH higher burst strength and resistance to bulging than stock stuff, multi-layer silicone. One of those pieces that is a no brainer when it comes time to replace stock stuff.
