R3 updates

Hi. Can anyone tell me what their would suggest to add my GO TO MY 06 R3. I'VE done muffle with a supertrap. Have 3 pod air under brar claw . Have a power commnder and a qickshifter which i cant work out yet. Can never get grar change correct and its all bumby and thriws me forward. Had the dyno so im 153 at rear wheel. Can do recommend for more. Paul

Change the header , member @Paul Bryant makes good performance boosting ones and maybe some Neville Lush street cams should take you to the 200+ mark ?
