Selling Corbin Dual Touring seat. Bought the seat for my 2015 R3 Touring hoping it would lower my seating height. Unfortunately it did not. Decided to go a different direction. Seat is like new. Less than 500miles on it. Will sell for $300 or best offer.

****...I've been hunting for a CDT seat for a while, assuming that it'll drop the height too! The stock seat claims to be 29.5", and Corbin lists this seat at 27"...huge drop. You didn't find this when you had it installed? Did you find it wider or something, so still reaching the ground was a challenge? I'm the towering 5'8" tall, so I'm a little tip toed on this beast. Any experience you had / reasons to not like this seat would be much appreciated before I drop cash on something I'll hate. You mentioned going another direction...you find a different seat option I'm not aware of?

    Hey guys
From what I have read. I believe the Corbins for Roadster & Classics frame drop height and move you forward.
Corbins for Touring frame does not do this and can not be used on the Roadster or classic frame.
I'm sure more knowledgeable folks will chime in, I hope this helps.

Ahh, gotcha. I didn't spot the R3T difference in the title...I'm sure you're right.

It drop the seating height, but I also bought the Triumph Touring seat. I replaced the stock seat with the Triumph seat and it lowered my seat as well. After riding both the Touring seat and the Corbin, I couldn't tell much difference between the two. I am kind of a purest, I decided to stay with the Triumph touring seat.

My Touring came with a Corbin and I like it. I had one already on my Suzuki, so I was already familiar with it.
