I just noticed that I'm little bit dark from behind, I think I'm missing few lumens here.

I'm just not sure, where I'm missing it: is there a second light in a stop lamp or are the blinkers supposed to be constantly on?

I must have messed the cables with diodes when I plugged the saddlebags lights but I don't just remember what was supposed to work so I don't know what to start fixing...

Your taillight should be on (red) and get brighter red when you activate the brakes. It's a single dual filament bulb. The running light filament may be burnt out. Does the brake light work ?

don't drink and post...
the stop light bulb, which is trivial to remove is double one, it shines constantly. replace it and you'll be good

yes, I'll see myself out
