Powder coating recommendations in West Sussex area..

Looking to have my wheels and a few other parts powder coated.
There a couple of companies quite close to me,Vulcan and Autoblast has anyone used one of these in the past and are happy with the service.

Ask questions. Make sure they prep correctly or else a couple of years down the line the powder coat flakes off. If they tell you no prep work on chrome parts required walk away. Found this out the hard way. Round two on some parts i had powder coated a few years back. This time i have found a private individual locally that powder coats and takes pride in his work.

Argh ! Dartmoor powdercoaters be a hardy breed .
Often best to leave bearing races in place and fit new ones when the job is done , even with the best of prep , masking tape comes off and bungs can fall out . Trying to refit a bearing to an inadvertently shot blasted housing , is a trifle challenging to say the least !

Thanks for the advise.

I was going to replace the bearings after the wheels were coated.

After checking out their website i am going to pop into the company that is close to me and see what they can do..
