Can't be accurately measured
If the wheel fits with the spacer in the other side and the caliper lines up, it's correct.

As requested photos of my final drive.
Just seems that the boot cup should cover that raised bead not just touch it.
Everything lines up on the right hand side, brakes, spacer, I just don't remember if the cover was over that bead rim.

I just went out and looked at mine..there is about 1/8" gap on mine between that raised bead and the boot..hope it's ok..been running it like that for thousands of miles. everything lines up on brake side too..roll on.

This is mine. Have had the wheel off and on quite a few times. I think you're OK mCycle....

No nick in the rim. Looks to be the little rubber tit casting a shadow on the rim; from the camera's flash.
