Oil leak under head gasket on a ROCKET 2014

I had this problem on my 2008 standard. It was fairly common and known by my very experienced Triumph dealer who fixed it.
Don't let your dealer's lack of experience deter you. Make them fix it under warranty, or find antoher dealer that has a clue.
They should be able to look up past service bulletins on the subject.

Can't see from the photo, but there is sometimes a small drip of oil from the oil tank.

Could this be from the oil tank?

If dealer di work on it, make them fix it. If it's still under warranty, have them get it before it runs out.
