I have always wanted a pair of nice half chaps and I ordered a pair from Chilhowee leather. Have not gotten them yet. I gave up on the equestrian style chaps, nothing in my size (19 in calves) but Chilhowee had them in my size.

I do not understand this biker whip thing but the Harley dudes around here have them. I just laugh, cause in an “emergency” I sure as hell won’t be using a whip. KNOWHADIMEAN?

Anyway, here is their website. Appears they make good stuff . . .

Motorcycle Half Chaps - Chilhowee Motorcycle Leather

I didn't think leather Motorbike pants where my thing either until Saturday and I got a new pair for $99.00 kiwi down from $714.52. And Triumph branded.

Really nice and comfy even have a water proof lining.

Summer mesh pants with full armor. I wear them over my work clothes, or sweats in winter or shorts or thin pants in summer. Most flexible system I’ve found. Easy on, easy off.

Drop liner inside leathers? - You'll be changing your name to Betty (Swollocks) .

ime Leathers need a mesh liner or in all honesty - none. Some may enjoy the rawhide on their raw hide even. I do not go commando.
I still prefer leather for longer trips, though I cannot get on with a "Jeans" cut pant.
