Newly Fitted Jardines, what tune?

Right, since the Jardines were fitted (yesterday) I'm getting a lumpy juddery roughness around the 1200-1500rpm mark :?
Uploaded a tune (eventually)from Tuneboy 20050/2 (advise gleaned from here) but I still have the lumpy juddery roughness but now at slightly higher revs 1400-1700ish...
Tried to find a tune for my current set up (jardines, removed secondaries and under seat K&N filter) but couldn't find one, is there one out there? :?
Help, anyone?

Right, did that and the lumpy low rev problems are all but gone

Just wondering, that is a full power tune?
