New Triumph Mag

The new Triumph magazine is out and it came with a patch. For some reason the Rocket in any variation is not seen in the magazine???

Oooops, I was wrong on the Rocket not appearing in the magazine, there is a partial view of one behind Simon De Burton's head in the article "Dealing with people". It is pretty blurry though.

I did not get the patch. As to the mag itself, it obviously tries to emulate the current , upmarket "life style" trend seen in some car, golf and investment monthlies. Nothing wrong with that IMO.

But yes, I'd have liked to see a page or two devoted to the Rocket. Jamie

They can't dedicate "every" issue to the Rocket. The last issue covered quiet a bit on the R-III Tourer, this one has more on the Speed Triple, which is a bike I really like, although, I prefer the previous style over the newer one.

If you get the magazine be careful when removing the mag from the envelope. The patch almost got thrown away but I felt something still inside right before I tossed it. Check that envelope.

I didn't get no stink'in patch either.

I did get the stink'in rag though. I much prefer Torque but then Bloor probably prefers the new rag. Lots opf paid advertising to pay for the cost of printing and mailing.

The patch is loose inside the wrapper. I bet it got thrown out.
