Hi All, just yesterday picked a used 2012 R3R. It has 10,000 miles on it. It looks really rough but the price was rite. I figure it must have sat for some time outside, as most the shiny bits have an oxidzation on it, some even rusty. I'm going to take it all apart, shine it all back up, get a lot of the chrome powder coated matte black like the newer ones.
I'm currently riding an M109 which I really like, but something about the Rocket always struck me.
Gonna be spending a lot of time reading and learning through this forum, trying to figure stuff out. For example the seat it came with is a one price rider and passenger all in one. Most I see out there look to be separate pieces. If anyone has PDF of the owners manual you can send, that would sure be appreciated. I have found the service manual that covers all three models.
